The Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is currently one of the best signal-callers in the entire league. He led the Bills to three consecutive AFC East division titles and is now looking to lead the Buffalo-based football team to a Super Bowl victory. Amidst this, Allen has bought a beachfront property worth around $7 million in California.

According to reports, Allen completed the purchase of a beach house in Dana Point’s guard-gated Monarch Bay. The 2,808-square-foot house is located in a gated oceanfront community in Orange County, California. The beach house was initially listed at $7.5 million, but Allen closed the deal for $7.2 million on July 5 per multiple reports.

The house is a single-storied mansion and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and a living room with a fireplace. Furthermore, the property has a backyard with room to add a pool. The advertisement listing for the mansion claimed that the buyer can “enjoy this amazing beach home the way it is or design your future dream home.”

Allen is a Golden State native who played collegiate ball at Wyoming. The Orange County property would be a nice and warm change of scenery compared to Buffalo’s harsh winter. The gated community is also home to two other NFL quarterbacks. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback Sam Darnold and the former New York Jets QB Mark Sanchez also have property in the community.

Allen has been a great asset for the Buffalo-based football team for the last 5 seasons. During the 2021 off-season, the Bills QB signed a massive $258 million contract extension that made him one of the highest-paid NFL players of all time.

According to reports, the Bills franchise signal-caller Josh Allen is currently dating the Hollywood A-list actress Hailee Steinfeld. While the pair has yet to publicly address the relationship rumors, they have been spotted getting cozy a few days ago.

Allen was seen making out with the Across The Spider-Verse star during their vacation at Cabo a few days ago. Furthermore, the new couple’s PDA tour continued as they were caught kissing in Mexico the following day.

On the sporting side of things, Allen is looking to lead his team to a Super Bowl victory in the upcoming season. Allen and the Bills have been contending for the title the last few years and now they are looking to complete that quest in 2023.
