Another year another playoff loss for the Buffalo Bills! On Sunday, the Josh Allen-led Bills went against the AFC West champions, Kansas City Chiefs in their divisional round game and suffered a heartbreaking loss partly due to a missed field goal attempt by their kicker Tyler Bass.

Following the game, the Bills quarterback Josh Allen addressed the media in the post-game press conference, where he was asked how he felt about losing to the Chiefs again in the playoffs. After a brief pause, Allen, with a pale face, replied with a blunt answer.

Sucks! Losing sucks. Losing to [the Chiefs], losing to anybody at home. Sucks.
Josh Allen told the reporters

The brief video of Allen’s blunt response posted by CBS Sports’ official account went viral on social media and accumulated more than 47k views within hours. It was very clear in the video that Allen still hadn’t recovered from the shocking loss on the back of a 44-yard missed field goal attempt. Check out the footage attached below.

On the sporting side of things, Allen had a good game on Sunday as he registered 258 total yards and 3 total touchdowns. Still, he couldn’t outduel Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs and were booted from the playoffs by them once again.

Despite his decent outing on Sunday, he caught a lot of heat from fans since he failed to orchestrate a game-winning drive, which forced the Bills to put the game on Tyler Bass’ leg in the not-so-kicker-friendly weather. As for Bass, fans brutally trolled the 26-year-old kicker and called for the organization to fire him.

Many Buffalo Bills fans on social media want their organization to release their kicker, Tyler Bass, after he failed to convert what would’ve been a game-tying field goal. However, the Bills QB Josh Allen feels differently about his kicker.

Immediately after the game, when the teams headed into the tunnels, Josh Allen managed to find Bass and hugged him. Furthermore, in the post-game presser, Allen had some kind words for the kicker.

I wish it wouldn't have been put in that situation. You win as a team, you lose as a team. We got to be there for him cause, again, we execute a couple plays prior and you're probably seeing a different team right now
Josh Allen told the media

Nonetheless, with that loss, the Bills are back to the drawing board. After another playoff failure, they might consider a change in their head coach position in the upcoming off-season.
