The injury wave has unfortunately now struck the Buffalo Bills’ camp. Just a few days back, the Bills fans avoided a disaster when their franchise quarterback Josh Allen was seen limping at the training camp. But now, the Pro Bowl signal-caller is once again facing a daunting scare as he left the practice camp early with an injury.
During the training camp on Monday, Allen left the practice session early and was escorted through the tunnel by the Buffalo Bills athletic trainer Nate Breske. However, Allen once again has managed to avoid a major injury scare, according to multiple reports. The dual-threat QB returned to the field after less than 20 minutes.
Along with Allen, the Bills’ offensive lineman Dion Dawkins also left the camp with an injury but unlike Allen, Dawkins did not return to practice. Allen suffering even a minor injury itself is bad, but his lineman getting injured is worse. Especially a veteran lineman like Dawkins, who has been the starting left tackle of the Bills protecting Allen’s blindside for the last 5 years, missing games could be a massive blow for the Buffalo-based football team.
Besides, this is not the first time Allen has suffered an injury during the camp. Last Tuesday, the Bills QB was seen limping after a play during 11-on-11 drills. Reporters noted that Josh Allen might’ve got kicked on the play which led to the QB limping. Fortunately, it seems like Allen avoided any major injury and is practicing with the team again. However, there is no update about Dawkins’ injury yet.

Josh Allen breaks silence on being part of the Netflix series Quarterback
One of the hot topics among football fans currently is who will be the 3 quarterbacks that will feature in the second season of the Netflix docu-series Quarterback. So far, plenty of quarterbacks have spoken out against being in it since they consider it a distraction.
And now, the Bills QB, one of the best in the business, has opened up about starring in the second edition of the successful documentary show. A few days ago, Allen told reporters that he thinks the documentary is a cool concept. Furthermore, he also revealed that he has sought the advice of the Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, who was featured in the first season.
“I talked to Pat (Mahomes) a little bit about it, and I think it’s a really cool concept. I think that to have everything documented, especially as a quarterback is very cool,” said Allen.
However, Allen claims he is still undecided about getting featured in the popular show. So far, among star QBs, only Allen and the Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert have been positive about the documentary show.
