The NFL Players Association has released its annual list of the best players in the league. The All-Pro team selected by the NFLPA was released earlier yesterday.
The list comprises the best players at each position on offense, defense, and special teams. Players from 17 teams made the list this year, but there was one notable team that had no players featured on the list. The Buffalo Bills, despite being the best team in the AFC East and having a record of 11-6, did not have any player featured on the list.
Josh Allen, the quarterback of the team, was asked about the lack of Bills’ representation in the All-Pro team at his Wednesday press conference. To that question, Allen had a two-word response, which was simple and straightforward.
Go Bills!
Allen walked off after answering this question. His response, though short, sent a clear message. It is all about team accomplishments for the Buffalo Bills. Individual accolades hold no good and are not what the team is in pursuit of.
Josh Allen does not care about individual accolades
Allen’s response makes sense. How else is one supposed to answer a question like that? Ultimately, the players don’t get any incentives out of being featured in the NFLPA’s list of top players. It is just an honor, one which is similar to the All-Pro First teams.
Ultimately, Allen and the Bills have their focus set forth on the playoffs and the Super Bowl. He himself is in contention to win the AP MVP award this season. The Bills’ Super Bowl run will start on Sunday when the team faces off against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs.

The Buffalo Bills have had an inconsistent season this year. Despite being at the top of their division, the team has to prove that they can progress in the playoffs and make it to the Super Bowl.
During the regular season, the Bills play well, but playoff time is when they tend to falter. Will this season be any different or will it be a repeat of the same story for them? Only time will tell.
