“Can’t see myself playing in another place..” Bears QB Justin Fields makes it clear that he wants to stay at Chicago amid trade rumors

The name of Justin Fields has been doing the rounds of late. After the 2023-24 season ended, his name has also been in the limelight for possible trade options. There are high possibilities that the Chicago Bears can trade the player and sign Caleb Williams.
Amid these speculations, the news that the quarterback had unfollowed the Bears on social media went viral. This created a massive stir among the fans and the analysts. Multiple people began claiming that his departure was almost sure and that the Bears would be bringing in Williams.
However, the situation came under control within a day or two when the quarterback finally revealed his stance regarding the entire situation. In the St. Brown Bros podcast, the quarterback revealed that he would love to stay at the Bears squad for the next season.

Of course, I want to stay. To be honest, with all the talk, it’s hard to, I guess, kind of be in one place, but I can’t see myself playing in another place. I know how the league is; EQ was probably the same way before you left Green Bay. If it was up to me, I would want to stay in Chicago. I love the city. The city’s lit. The fans are great. The quarterback also expressed in a recent interview that unfollowing the team on social media was not a very big issue. He also stated that he did not understand why people gave so much importance to social media.
