But wide-out Darnell Mooney couldn’t reel in Fields’ pass in the end zone as time ticked away. Fields, who finished 14 of 27 passing for 190 total yards for 1 touchdown, and 1 interception, also rushed 12 times for 88 yards at some points of the game, which was great.

But for others, he was not up to the mark, case, and point in a dismal 1st half by both teams. Fields and the Bears were in the red zone and after a fake handoff, tight end Ryan Griffin was open and in the end zone with Fields just needing a short accurate pass to get his team in the lead with the first TD of the game and Fields missed him badly.

Fields played through significant pain after he sustained a big hit and continued the game.
