The upcoming Conference Championship game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs just got harder for the home team. The Chiefs have made it official that Kadarius Toney, the best option at wide receiver for the team is officially not going to be suiting up for the game on Sunday owing to a hip injury and other personal reasons. Toney’s availability would have benefitted the Baltimore Ravens, at least that is what the fans believe.
This has not been the year for Kadarius Toney, who was expected to step up to the plate and become the best wideout on this Chiefs roster. But instead of doing that, he has had more fails than notable plays this season. Toney has ended up costing his team wins due to missed catches, his negligence or probably a combination of both.
Ian Rapoport reported that Kadarius Toney will be missing his sixth straight game in a row despite returning to practice and being limited in the second half of this week. Despite Toney’s notorious history of lining up offsides during key plays and dropping easy passes from Patrick Mahomes, his absence is bound to be a blow for the Chiefs. Mecole Hardman and Justin Watson will be the best wideouts for the team now.
Fans brutally troll Kadarius Toney after his absence from the Conference Championships becomes official
In a season that has been relatively harder than previous seasons, Patrick Mahomes and Co will face their biggest challenge as they take on Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. They will need to bring their best game and execute plays perfectly as any error will result in the Ravens taking advantage of the same.
Fans online hilariously trolled Kadarius Toney and many felt bad for the Ravens as Sunday night’s game just got harder for them to win without the Chiefs’ best weapon on the field:

While Toney is out for this crucial game, hopefully, the receiver works on his skillset in the offseason and comes back stronger next year. Despite his many mistakes this season, he can improve and become a key weapon for the Chiefs.
