Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys are in turmoil for the past couple of seasons. The team has not managed to make it past the divisional round of the playoffs while having aspirations for the Super Bowl.

Prescott was their prized possession when drafted in the year 2016. Although his performance has been rather unsatisfactory, his skills as a leader are talked about a lot.

Kellen Moore, who was the former offensive coordinator for the Cowboys, recently spoke about Prescott’s ability as a true leader and how he manages to inspire the entire team.

Moore believes that the Cowboys QB is one of the best people he’s ever known and is going to miss him while working for the Chargers now. the offensive coordinator recently told Peter Schrager that Prescott has no replacements and has a unique personality.

“The best person. I think the best leader I’ve ever been around, easily,” Kellen Moore said. “And in all honesty, player or coach or anything. I think his ability to connect with a team in all spectrums is rare and I’ve never seen it in any other way. His work ethic, his command, I think he’s incredible.”

Dak Prescott has been under constant scrutiny since his abysmal performances last season. However, that hasn’t affected Moore’s opinion of him. In fact, the Chargers offensive coordinator roots in his success.

Although Dak Prescott has not yet won the Super Bowl, he has managed to win the hearts of all his peers. His teammates and coaches all root for the QB despite bad performances.

Kellen Moore also spoke about the same and applauded Prescott’s work ethic and discipline. He also believes that the Cowboys QB is the guy everyone roots for despite all his failures.

“We’ve all been through that Dallas journey and he has a phenomenal way of being able to deal with probably more than your average NFL starting quarterback. And he handles it beautifully. He’s certainly a guy you forever root for,” Kellen Moore stated.

Despite not making it past the divisional round of the NFL playoffs, the Cowboys have put their faith in Dak Prescott. With a new offensive coordinator and a different approach, they will look to tackle the Super Bowl hurdle yet again.
