From an unbeatable record for ten games for five consecutive games to encountering a third consecutive loss, the Philadelphia Eagles have dropped to 10-4 standings while clinching a playoff spot. The team has suffered yet another loss against the Seattle Seahawks in week 15 by 20-17. But this doesn’t seem to have affected Keyshawn Johnson.

Both Dallas Cowboys and Eagles are standing with the same 10-4 record, with a swinging pendulum for the NFC East top spot. But Eagles’ supporters and sports analysts Johnson is assured that his team will win the division over the Cowboys.

Johnson said on Undisputed’s latest episode discussing Eagles lost to the Seahawks:

You [Skip Bayless] know and I know that Dallas Cowboys are not going to win the division because guess what? The Philadelphia Eagles control their own destiny,"Last Night game..Seattle won the game, there's no question about it. They ran the football down the throats of the Philadelphia Eagles. They also targeted coverage James Bradberry..they found him five completions and five targets for 100 yards and a touchdown.

Johnson highlighted that the Eagles have portrayed a rush defense in the last three weeks of 145 yards per game. And that’s not how they are going to win the games if they plan to.

Johnson added further:

Philadelphia's got to fix some things and I think they got three weeks to do it, three games left-- Giants, Arizona and Giants. And I believe they will. They may not go far come playoff time if they don't fix it, but they're going to win the division.

Where did the Eagles’ defense fail in the game against the Seahawks?

For the whole 58 minutes in the games, the Eagles’ defense stood well but ended up giving a 92-yard game-winning drive to the opposing team with quarterback Drew Lock at the top. Seattle’s wide receiver DK Metcalf made some huge plays in the final two minutes to the victory.

Right before Monday’s game, the Eagles made some changes in their defensive play by replacing Sean Desai with former Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia. It reflected quite a desperate move for a team standing at 10-3, and so it was.

As in the final two minutes of the game, everything wrong with the Eagles’ defense came forward. It failed to cover any of its players when needed the most. And after giving up the 92-yard drive to Seattle, they encountered their third straight loss.
