The Korean commentary on Tyler Bass‘ missed field goal on Sunday night went viral for bringing some zing. Now, football fans on social media are arguing about whether they should switch to watching Korean broadcasts of NFL games from now on.

During the Divisional playoff game at Orchard Park, Buffalo Bills placekicker Bass had the chance to give his team the onus to win the game. With just under 2 minutes to go until the final whistle, the Bills had a field goal from 44 yards. But the 26-year-old kick missed the right-hand goal post, with the windy meadowlands weather not doing him any favors.

Their opponents, the Kansas City Chiefs, gained possession and burned the time to win the game 27-24, advancing to their sixth consecutive conference championship. Meanwhile, while CBS Sports’ Jim Natz was busy comparing Bass’ missed FG with another famous one in Bills history which lost them a Super Bowl, the Korean commentary was in full flow.

On one hand, fans were loving the Korean commentary; on the other hand, Tyler Bass had to delete his social media accounts. Presumably, he had to do that in order to get away from the hate.

After the game, Bass claimed responsibility for the miss.

It's completely on me. I've got to do a better job of getting through to my target. I've got to do a better job of playing it a little bit more left when you have a left-to-right (wind).
Bass said as per ESPN.com

The 6th-round pick had an 82.8 percent success rate on field goals during the regular season, including going 4-of-6 from 40-49 yards. He had buried a 27-yard field goal earlier in the game but failed to convert the alleged decisive one.
