Kyle Shanahan is the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers. Recently, Shanahan revealed his unhappy state of mind going into the Super Bowl. The team has reached Vegas and started practice for their Super Bowl matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The team is going to face the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
Nonetheless, the team was not happy with the quality of the practice ground. The HC did little to hide his disappointment regarding the quality of the practice ground in front of the press. This is what Kyle Shanahan said:
We’re here. We’re practicing on it. Everyone has their preferences. I wish things were better. But we’ll deal with the field how it is.Kyle Shanahan via media interview

According to multiple media reports, the Niners head coach remains unsatisfied with the condition of the ground. In addition, the infrastructure has also not made him happy. However, the HC did not outrightly complain about it. Moreover, Shanahan continued:
We’re not going to change the whole schedule. We’d have to go too early in the morning and mess everything up, so this is the best choice we’ve got.
Kyle Shanahan told reporters
The Niners are allegedly ‘suffering’ due to some regulatory problems scheduled by the NFL authority. The Niners got UNLV Stadium as their temporary home. On the other hand, the Chiefs got Henderson, Nevada, the Las Vegas Raiders’ Stadium. They are using the Raiders’ facilities. That was why Shanahan expressed his agony over the conditions on the field.
Kyle Shanahan and the San Francisco Niners must utilize every advantage they can get
The Super Bowl game features a heated battle between the Niners’ offense and the Chiefs’ defense. The Chiefs have the second-best defense in the league. They have not let anyone score more than 30 points this season. Only the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, led by Tom Brady, scored more than 30 points. Even in the postseason, the team kept all the big shots silent.

However, in the Super Bowl, the team will have some troubles as they will miss Charles Omenihu, who suffered an ACL injury. The season is over for him. He will have a troubled offseason as he might require surgery and further rehabbing. He could also miss the start of the next season. Omenihu’s absence could become problematic for the Chief’s defense.
The absence of Charles Omenihu will give some advantage to the Niner’s offense. Brock Purdy needs to utilize every chance he gets. The game will be over the moment he turns over the ball. Kyle Shanahan will have the best game plans set for the big game. However, Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers offense must perform well to attain Super Bowl glory.
