The $1 million VIP suite at Allegiant Stadium offered Jason Kelce‘s wife Kylie Kelce a fantastic view of Super Bowl LVIII, but she was unable to watch her brother-in-law Travis Kelce play because of a “superstition,” which she shared on Instagram.

Her odd habit paid off, as evidenced by the game’s outcome, which saw Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs win 25-22 in overtime. Kylie wrote on her Instagram story:

At some point Sunday my superstition kicked in hard. I refused to watch the game, even via the TVs.

During the game, she wasn’t the only one who experienced anxiety. Taylor Swift lamented a lot while her boyfriend Travis fought for his second consecutive Super Bowl victory. The ambiance in the suite was “overwhelming,” as her spouse Jason also acknowledged on the New Heights Podcast, but Travis noted in their Super Bowl recap that Swift felt completely at home.

Having won two Super Bowls in a row, Travis will aim to complete a three-peat next season, an unprecedented feat in NFL history. While Jason Kelce and his brother were partying side by side in Vegas, it seems like Kylie chose to skip the celebration on the Las Vegas Strip.

Although she wasn’t visible in any of the photos from the afterparties, Jason took advantage of the opportunity to toast his brother’s success.

“Are you kidding me with this?” The 31-year-old Kylie added a heart face emoji to a picture of her husband looking through the menu that she posted on her Instagram Story. The couple met on Tinder and later tied the knot in 2018.

Jason and Kylie disclosed that they met on the dating app in their “Kelce” documentary on Prime Video. Kylie said:

In April 2018, Kylie and Jason got married in Philadelphia, and on October 2, 2019, they welcomed Wyatt Elizabeth, their 3-year-old daughter, into the world. Elliotte Ray, their second daughter, was born on March 4, 2021. Bennett Llewellyn, the couple’s third daughter, was born on February 23, 2023.
