The Michigan Wolverines have had a dream 2023 college football season. They won all their 13 games en route to the number one seed and will play in the Rose Bowl in January. However, it hasn’t been easy for them, especially for their head coach Jim Harbaugh. The former San Francisco 49ers’ head coach was suspended by Big Ten for the team’s final three regular season games for an in-person illegal sign-stealing scheme.

That didn’t stop Michigan from dominating their conference as they went unbeaten and became the Big Ten conference champions after defeating Iowa, 26-0. This was the Wolverines’ third Big Ten title in a row. Harbaugh has been fantastic as Michigan’s head coach and some NFL teams are keeping a close eye on the head coach. One of these teams is the Las Vegas Raiders who reportedly have a “lot of interest” in Harbaugh.

Our sources say Jim Harbaugh and Mark Davis have had a very good relationship for a while now, and the Raiders would be a natural fit, but several factors come into play. The Raiders have a lot of interest in Harbaugh, yet in the end, it will come down to whoever Mark Davis is listening to and trusts.

The Raiders fired their head coach, Josh McDaniels earlier this season and are now coached by interim HC Antonio Pierce.

The Chicago Bears are another team reportedly interested in acquiring Harbaugh. The Michigan HC was the Raiders’ QB coach back in 2002. Since then, he has had a stint with the 49ers as their head coach from 2011 to 2014.

Jim Harbaugh talked about Michigan’s Big Ten Championship win

The Michigan Wolverines won their third straight Big Ten title after a shut-out win over Iowa. They dominated the game and finished with a record of 13-0. The team managed to grab the number one seed and will now face off against Alabama in the Rose Bowl. Their HC Jim Harbaugh talked about the win and what it meant for his players.

Harbaugh said: 

It's not about me, I've had plenty of success. But you know that your players can feel what it's like to be a champion, their families can know what it's like to be a champion, for my wife and my kids to have their dad be a champion, for my parents to have their son be a champion, that's the great thrill. It's a beautiful, wonderful thing.

Harbaugh had a difficult season after being suspended for Michigan’s final three games due to suspension. However, he was involved in the team’s practices and game-planning. Michigan will hope to continue this great run and win the NCAA Championship this year.
