Even in the Super Bowl games, there haven’t been many catches better than what Logan Loya did in a college football game between the Colorado Buffaloes and UCLA Bruins. Logan Loyal stole the show with his jaw-dropping catch, just at the right moment.

The most interesting part is the catch when made was ruled incomplete, but when the video clip was replayed, it was overturned. It happened by the late third quarter, facing the third down, when UCLA quarterback Ethan Garbers had Loya along the sideline. Loya stopped the game with his exceptional one-hand catch.

With his senior wideout, the UCLA wide receiver’s terrific performance extended the drive, leading to the team score to take a 21-9 lead against the Colorado, by the early fourth quarter. With another stellar effort in defense and offensive revival unencumbered by turnovers in the second half, UCLA scored the victory against Deion Sanders‘ Colorado. WR Loya completed the game with seven receptions for 111 yards.

And on many levels, he was right. Even The Daily Bruins’ Gavin Carlson also appreciated Loya, saying “That is easily the greatest catch I’ve ever witnessed live in my life. Logan Loya that was ABSURD.”

Another fan got more creative and compared Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jake Bozo to UCLA wide receiver Loya. Bozo was also played by the side of UCLA when he was in college. He also said, “One-hand grab with the toe drag on the sideline. Call is overturned for a 14-yard again.” As the comparison went by many fans, and others acknowledged how much significance this one call holds for UCLA.
