Marshawn Lynch is a name to be reckoned with in the NFL world. Nicknamed “Beast Mode” because of his insane rushing ability with several defenders tackling him. He is considered one of the greatest running backs in league history. He spent most of his career with the Seattle Seahawks where he helped the franchise win its first Super Bowl.

Lynch was the most feared running back in the league during his prime because he wouldn’t go down no matter how many people were tackling him. He would break every tackle with his lighting speed and strength and pick up extra yardage on a play that any other running back wouldn’t be able to do. He was one particular athlete you wouldn’t want to cover in an open field.

The former 12th overall pick got to that point in his career due to his discipline and strict workout regime that kept him in shape during his 12 years in the league. Recently the 36-year-old decided to put his camera crew through one of the workouts he used to do during his NFL days and the video is as hilarious as it gets with his crew trying to keep with him torturing them like a drill sergeant.

The Pro Bowl running back decided to make his Marshawn Lynch Beat Mode Productions’ camera crew go through one of his NFL workouts and shoot the entire ordeal himself.“So now y’all get to get introduced to my world, though, you feel me?” Marshawn Lynch addressed the crew before the workout. “You are not going to like what the f— you have coming. So I will tell you like this: I am a way much better teammate than I am a f—ing boss.” As Lynch gave them the signal to start their routines, the crew’s director, executive producer, and everyone began running routes around little orange cones and doing burpees with the sun scorching down on them.

As the workout progressed, one of the members was on the verge of throwing up and had to quit the workout because he simply couldn’t continue. However, the rest of the crew pushed through and completed the workout. “I’m proud of y’all man. Y’all showed a lot of character, a lot of heart,” Lynch said like a proud father who just saw his kids eat all of his veggies.

The bright idea of putting the whole crew through one of the most intense workouts of their lives was of Neil, the executive producer who didn’t really comprehend the consequences of his decision. “In my head, I was like, ‘This’ll be something I don’t forget because this will be the only time in my life I work out with Marshawn Lynch.’ And then about halfway through I thought, ‘This will be a moment I never forget ‘cause I’m going to lose control of my bladder and urinate in my pants,’” Neil said after finishing the workout.

Last year in August, Marshawn Lynch was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Las Vegas. He was sitting drunk in a 2020 Shelby GT500, which he apparently stole. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported that the car was valued at $75,000 that was damaged on all sides. The body cam footage of the police officers showed an incapacitated Lynch refusing to cooperate and having to be forcefully removed from the vehicle.
