The San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys played each other at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday. It was a game between two of the best teams in the NFL this season. The Cowboys probably have the best defense in the league. The Niners have the best overall roster in the NFL. It was supposed to be a close, thrilling encounter, but instead, it turned out to be one-sided destruction.
The Cowboys were on the receiving end of a humiliating 42-10 loss against the Niners on Sunday. They were thoroughly outplayed in all three departments by a better side. Cowboys’ QB Dak Prescott had a terrible game, throwing three interceptions.
Their LB Micah Parsons did not have a great game either and later talked about the game afterwards. He has been the Cowboys’ best player so far this season, and in true best-player mindset, he doesn’t think that the Niners are better than the Dallas Cowboys.
“I don’t think they’re really a higher level than us,” Parsons told the reporters in the locker room after the game. “I think we’re the same caliber playoff team. Same talent, same standards as them. I just feel like we need to really reconsider some things, get together, and fix some things. I feel like it was a few plays away. The score don’t really shape what really happened out there.”
He further continued by saying, “I just feel like there was nothing that they did, besides us beating ourselves, you look at the third down, I jump offsides, and then they get seven [points] five plays later. … I feel like we beat ourselves. Good teams like this, if you beat yourselves it shows in magnitude.”
The Cowboys will have to regroup as quickly as possible. They will take on the Los Angeles Chargers at the SoFi Stadium in LA next Monday. Parsons and co. will hope to have a good outing against the Justin Herbert-led side.
Dak Prescott opens up about the Cowboys loss to the 49ers
The Dallas Cowboys had a terrible Sunday night against the San Francisco 49ers. They were blown away by the Niners in humiliating fashion, losing by 32 points. Their QB, Dak Prescott, had a poor game with three interceptions. He talked about the loss after the game.

“Didn’t see it coming,” Prescott said. “Put everything into this and got punched in the mouth. Called a couple weeks ago, humbling against Arizona. But this may be the most humbling game I’ve ever been a part of.” Prescott finished with 153 yards, 1 TD, and 3 interceptions.
The Dallas Cowboys will now head to Los Angeles to face the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night football next week. They will hope to erase this loss and bounce back against the Chargers.
