On Sunday, the Cincinnati Bengals, led by their franchise quarterback Joe Burrow, managed to secure a convincing victory against the tough San Francisco 49ers team in their week 8 matchup. After the game, the Niners’ star defensive end Nick Bosa dapped up the Bengals QB Burrow and shared a hilarious message with him.

Love you, buddy, good to see you. Hell of a game. Made our bye week trash, though. If anyone could do it, I'd want you to. Love you.
Bosa told Burrow as the two shared a heartfelt moment after the game.

On the sporting side of things, Joe Burrow had a feast on the 49ers’ defense on Sunday as the Bengals signal-caller completed a whopping 87.5% of his passes for 283 yards and 3 touchdowns. Burrow had a passer rating of 134.8 in week 8, which is by far the best performance by him in the ongoing season so far.

On the other side, the 49ers, led by their second-year QB Brock Purdy, struggled a lot to move the ball. Their defense couldn’t also contain the explosive offensive unit of the Cincinnati-based football team. Nick Bosa could only register 0.5 sacks in the game.

In the end, the Bengals ended up winning the game convincingly as the final scores read 31-17 in Cincinnati’s favor. With that loss, the Niners fell to 5-3 after starting the season with 5 straight victories. They have a perfect bye week in week 9, which they would use to regroup and bounce back from their 3-game losing streak.

Joe Burrow is back on his game after a slow start

The Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had an ugly start to the season since he played through the ankle injury he suffered in the training camp. Now that Burrow is seemingly fully healthy, he is back to being himself on the football field.

The Pro Bowl quarterback only had 2 touchdowns and further had 2 interceptions through the first 4 weeks of the ongoing season, when he was playing with an ankle injury.

In the next 4 weeks, Burrow has registered 8 TD passes and only 2 interceptions and has been performing at a high level. He would look to continue his good run and have a big game against the Buffalo Bills, who the Bengals are scheduled to face in their week 9 game on Sunday.
