The stage is set for Super Bowl LVIII! It happens to be a rematch of the 2020 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, a game that the former won by a margin of 11 points, thereby earning Patrick Mahomes his first championship.

While that marked the start of a dynasty for fans of Arrowhead, it was a red-letter day for the fans of the 49ers. Nick Bosa, the defensive end for the Bay Area, was in his rookie year when he suffered his first Super Bowl loss at the hands of the Chiefs.

A video of him uncontrollably crying went viral at the time. Now, 4 years later, the 49ers and the Chiefs find themselves in the same position, and this video has made a resurgence to show that the outcome could be different as Bosa has been waiting to return to the Super Bowl.

Nick Bosa has been hungry to return to the Super Bowl. Now that he is back there, the defensive end will use all that pent-up anger and sadness that he felt after the team’s Super Bowl LIV loss to the Chiefs to play a great game on February 11th.

In all honesty, it would not be as surprising if Bosa ended up winning the Super Bowl MVP after having a stellar game.

Nick Bosa is in contention to win the Defensive Player of the Year Award this season

Bosa has had an amazing season so far, recording 34 solo tackles, 10.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. The San Francisco 49ers’ journey to the Super Bowl has been remarkable this season.

The team has a positive culture wherein the defense and the offense go out there and give their best every week on the field.

The team has underdogs such as Brock Purdy, who is truly the star of this season and deserves to be the MVP just for being a pivotal factor in leading the 49ers to the Super Bowl.

Super Bowl LVIII is bound to be exciting, the storylines are set. Will Patrick Mahomes win his third championship or will Brock Purdy create history by becoming the only QB in NFL history who was drafted with the last pick and went on to start and win a Super Bowl?

It will be a close battle between the two teams this time around. The San Francisco 49ers are significantly better and better equipped this time when compared to 2020.

The Kansas City Chiefs are a great team, but there are many areas where the 49ers have an advantage over them. Especially on offense. Irrespective of who wins, it will be a treat for fans to watch!
