The stage is set for the Kansas City Chiefs to defend their Super Bowl crown against the San Francisco 49ers in one of the biggest annual sporting events in the country. Ahead of the highly-anticipated game between two of the best teams in the league, the 49ers Nick Bosa gives bulletin board material to the Chiefs by taking a brutal shot at their offensive linemen.

During the pre-game press conference on Thursday, Nick Bosa was asked if anything stood out to him about the Chiefs offensive tackles Donovan Smith and Jawaan Taylor while watching their film. Bosa just used 4 words to describe them.

Following his blunt response, Bosa immediately turned his head to address the next question. His comments might rile up the Chiefs players and some of their fans, but Bosa’s certainly not wrong in what he said. The Chiefs’ offensive tackles Smith and Taylor are notorious for holding.

Firstly, the right tackle Jawaan Taylor was the league’s most penalized lineman, with 19 penalties called and accepted. Furthermore, Taylor also had 3 more penalties which were declined by his opponents. Particularly, Taylor committed 7 holding penalties, tied for the highest in the league among linemen.

On the other hand, Donovan Smith isn’t also any better. He drew 5 holding penalties during the regular season, which is an improvement for him compared to his final season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Nonetheless, those two would be going against Nick Bosa, one of the most feared pass rushers in the league. It would be tough for them to get away with holding Bosa, who has already given a heads-up to referee Bill Vinovich‘s crew to watch closer for the penalties.

Nick Bosa has learned a lot from his last Super Bowl loss against the Chiefs

Four years ago, a then-rookie Nick Bosa, and the 49ers suffered a brutal defeat against the Chiefs in their Super Bowl matchup in Miami. Since then, the 2022 Defensive Player of the Year has learned a lot and is now ready to take revenge for that loss.

During Thursday’s press conference ahead of the highly-anticipated game, the talented pass rusher opened up about what he has learned in the last 4 years.

You don’t understand it as much as a rookie, how hard it is to get there, how hard you have play, how locked in you have to be for the entire four quarters if you actually want to win. I’ve learned that.
Nick Bosa told the reporters

Bosa further said that he expects every player on his team to play to their full intensity throughout the 60 minutes. If the Niners can do that, they certainly have what it takes to win the Super Bowl this time.
