The New England Patriots seem like an easy out for some of the NFL’s elite teams. Once a glowing dynasty, the Patriots have been reduced to the league’s laughing stock. Their next game is against the Buffalo Bills and their superstar QB Josh Allen. The Patriots haven’t scored 20 total points in their last three games and have been one of the worst offenses in the league. Allen and Bills, on the other hand, have been brilliant on that side of the ball throughout the season.

So a Bills blowout win is not out of the equation. However, Fox Sports analyst Nick Wright believes that a blowout win for the Bills won’t mean anything for their QB Josh Allen. The superstar QB has been brilliant to start the season and has led the Bills to a 4-2 record. Wright talked about it on his show, First Things First.

A Bills blowout win over the Patriots will mean nothing. It won't mean anything. I am being honest. If you have questions about the Bills ability to be consistent. If you have questions about the Bills being a rollercoaster, them blowing out the Patriots doesn't answer that one bit. We need to see a month of good football from Josh Allen, so he can start that this weekend. But there will be no answers.

The Bills did not have a great performance against the New York Giants on Monday. They have had some great outings against the likes of the Miami Dolphins, beating them by 28 points. They will hope to continue their win streak against the Patriots on Sunday.

Josh Allen defends Stefon Diggs for sideline blowup

The Buffalo Bills have had a decent start to their season. However, their WR1 Stefon Diggs has had a couple of sideline blowout during the Bills’ recent games. The team’s QB Josh Allen has defended his no.1 target for his rather edgy behaviour.

Josh Allen said, answering questions to the media:

He's a competitor; he's a fiery competitor. I'm tired of hearing all this nonsense from people. There's a lot of guys in the league that have that same fire that don't get talked about. He's a lot of our juice on the sideline, making sure the offense is staying up and as energized as possible and we feed off of that.

The Bills will play the New England Patriots in their next game and they will need the Josh Allen-Stefon Diggs connection to work against a very stingy defense. They are expected to make a deep playoff run this season. It will be fun to watch the Bills going forward.
