After the shambolic defeat against the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday, the Miami Dolphins are losing their ground slowly. Analysts who have hyped them earlier are losing hope in the Miami-based team.

After seeing them surrender against the Ravens, they are skeptical about the future of the Dolphins in the playoffs. Among those analysts, is Nick Wright, who believes that he will be shocked to see the Dolphins are registering a win in the playoffs.

In the recent episode of his show ‘First Things First’, the analyst noted:

Every time they get blown out or play poorly, sounds like we're talking about a team that we'd be shocked if they won a playoff game, rather than a team that might be the 3rd or 4th best team in the NFL.

He did not stop there as the analyst went on to say that there are only two teams that can be considered top-tier teams in the league. Those are the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers. According to him, the Dolphins cannot be considered a top-tier team. They have not played football at that level, believes the analyst.

The game between the Ravens and the Dolphins was a game between the first and the second in the AFC. Both of them had a gala time this season. The audience expected a mouthwatering encounter on the turf. Nonetheless, the reality turned out to be different. The Dolphins surrendered as they were humbled by the Ravens by 56-19. The latter also secured the No. 1 conference seed in the AFC.

Nick Wright is not the only one upset at the Dolphins

Fox Sports analyst Nick Wright is not the only one who is unhappy with the Miami Dolphins. Other analysts are also raising concerns over the team. One of them was Stephen A Smith, who right after the game, took the issue to X and questioned the commitment that the Dolphins had on the turf. He said that the team did not make any genuine effort to win the game.

You know, I’m freakin done with @MiamiDolphins.I expected them to lose to these @Ravens but damn, could you at least be competitive? Every time there’s a big road game, these boys wet the bed. Right out of halftime, after giving up 28 in the 1st half, they give up a huge kickoff return. Just go back to South Beach! #Damn.

If the Dolphins have to change the perception of these analysts, they have to step up, and step quickly. It is to be seen, how they perform in in the coming time in the playoffs.
