Caleb Williams and the USC Trojans played against Notre Dame yesterday. The Trojans came into the game with a record of 6-0 to begin their college football season. However, against Notre Dame, the Trojans suffered a heavy defeat as Williams had his worst game of the season so far. He threw three interceptions as the Trojans were trounced by 28 points.

After the game, a random Notre Dame fan filmed himself running towards the reigning Heisman Trophy winner and said, “Lemme see those nails now, bro,” before being pushed behind by security. Williams recently opened up about painting his nails, as he received some backlash for it. The Notre Dame fans got the best ammunition to troll the young QB after a horrendous performance.

“I started, I say, three years ago at Gonzaga College High School. My mom does nails,” Williams said when asked about his habit of painting nails. “To start off, she has done it for my whole life. Then nobody else does it… every week it gets changed,” he further claimed that he does not care what people think about it.

Williams is one of the best QB prospects to ever play college football. He won the Heisman Trophy last season and is looking to do the same this year as well. So far this season, Williams has 2,021 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, and only four interceptions. He has a QBR of 82.6. The Trojans will look to bounce back against the Utah Utes next Saturday.

Caleb Williams opens up about USC’s loss to Notre Dame

The USC Trojans lost their latest game against Notre Dame on Sunday. It was their first loss of the season. QB Caleb Williams had his worst performance of the season as he threw three interceptions during the game. He talked about that defeat after the game.

“I made mistakes tonight that I usually don’t make,” Williams told the reporters. “I’ve been in college for three years now and don’t think I’ve ever had a season or game or anything like that.” He further continued by saying, “Games like this happen in careers; you got to get through them. You got to keep fighting; you got to be a leader. It starts with the head of the snake, and I’ll be better.”

The Trojans will play their next game at home against the Utah Utes. They will look to bounce back from this tough loss. Williams is one of the favorites to win the Heisman Trophy again this year. He is widely regarded as the greatest QB prospect of all time.
