The Baltimore Ravens are playing the Tennessee Titans in London. They are leading the game and have been very good against a feisty Titans side. Their playmakers are making big plays and QB Lamar Jackson is having a stellar game. WR Odell Beckham Jr. has a couple of receptions for 34 yards, but his first quarter play against has created a lot of buzz on social media.
During the first quarter, on a crucial 3rd and 5 from their own 19-yard line, Jackson threw a short pass to Beckham on a slant route. The WR broke a couple of tackles for a big gain. It was a vintage OBJ run as the Ravens’ WR showed all his skills as he was finally brought down at the 50-yard line.
Beckham missed a couple of games this season due to a lingering ankle injury. He signed with the Ravens this offseason after spending a couple of seasons with the Los Angeles Rams. He won Super Bowl LVI with the Rams but tore his ACL in that game. Beckham was having a great Super Bowl before the injury, scoring the Rams’ first touchdown.
The Ravens have won three of the five games so far this season. They are expected to make a deep playoff run this year with most of their star players healthy. They will play their next game against the Detroit Lions next Sunday.
