“One of the worst draft picks of all time”: Twitter reacts to a disappointing performance by Jordan Love

Jordan Love played as the QB in the Packer’s first preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. Love had an unpleasant start to the season where 3 of his passes were intercepted and 2 of them were intercepted by Samuel Womack of the 49ers.

Love started the game as Aaron Rodgers wasn’t available, this was his opportunity to shine and make people believe that he can also perform. Though the QB had bad numbers still he had a mediocre game.

The 23-year-old played the entire first half and was 13-of-24, he threw for 176 with two TDs and three interceptions. The Packers eventually lost the game with a score of 28-21.

San Francisco 49ers were looking deadly on the other hand. Trey Lance was on top of his game and Samuel Womack made some really good runs, one of which was an interception from Love that he picked up and ran for 20 yards.

“He’s not really good”: Fans on Twitter are dissapointed by Jordan Love

The Packers had an unpleasant start to the season and the hate from the fans on Twitter also didn’t help. People started comparing Aaron Rodgers with Jordan Love who’s considerably younger than the legendary QB and a great performance by the 49ers QB Trey Lance also didn’t help.

Twitter was in a frenzy and users took shots at Jordan Love and even the Green Bay Packers.

The Packers will need to move on from this and prepare well for the upcoming games as it’s just the start of the preseason. Next, the Packers will play the Saints and will be looking for a victory to cover up the loss here.
