Kansas City Chiefs are at the top of the world right now after winning Super Bowl LVII. The matchup between the Chiefs and the Eagles for the Lombardi Trophy had fans glued to their television sets and their seats at State Farm Stadium because there wasn’t a single dull moment in the entire game. Both teams were neck-to-neck and the result was decided at the last minute which made the game more interesting.
With the Chiefs winning their second Super Bowl in four years, celebrations have been going on at full throttle. Kansas City stars were seen partying with Chainsmokers after their Super Bowl victory. Even head coach Andy Reid let it loose and had his own party when he returned to the city. He went to Pizza 51 and ate a mushroom and sausage pizza along with a salad to keep it balanced.
After the team returned to Kansas City, they did a huge parade where they were welcomed by their fans who had swarmed the roads. Players were boarded on a bus and showing off the Super Bowl trophy they won and were having the time of their life as they soaked in all the glory. As most of the readers would’ve guessed, they were all in an inebriated state or simply put, drunk out of their minds which is also a tradition of the Super Bowl parade and was showcased perfectly by Patrick Mahomes.

Super Bowl LVII MVP Patrick Mahomes was on top of the world as his heroics on the field on Sunday won the Chiefs their third franchise Super Bowl. During the parade, the 27-year-old superstar had had a few too many and was on the verge of falling off the bus. Mahomes who was wearing a WWE Championship belt around his waist was chugging down cold ones one after the other standing on the railing of the bus. At one point he was almost going to fall and end the Chiefs dynasty before it even began had it not been for the person standing next to him.
In hindsight, Patrick Mahomes getting drunk and nearly falling off the bus isn’t nearly as disastrous as throwing the Lombardi Trophy off a yacht in the middle of the sea. Back when Tom Brady won his 7th Super Bowl as a Buccaneer, all players gathered and partied in the sea. Brady was drunk out of his wits and actually threw the trophy to Rob Gronkowski who was on another boat some 5-10 yards away with an 80-feet deep water body between them. Thankfully Gronk caught it as always and saved everyone from what could easily have become a dark day for them and the team.
Anyways back to Mahomes, fans couldn’t help but laugh at Baby GOAT in his drunken haze and had some hilarious comments about the whole incident. Here are a few tweets on how the fans reacted.
The Chiefs are already the favorites to win Super Bowl LVIII. Let’s see if Patrick Mahomes can run it back and lift the Lombardi Trophy or not!
