The dynamic duo of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce led the Kansas City Chiefs to a solid victory against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday in their week 7 matchup. Mahomes and Kelce both had one of the best games of their careers against the Chargers defense. Following their remarkable performances, the Chiefs QB Mahomes dubbed Kelce as the “GOAT” during the post-game interview.

After the game, CBS’ sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson was interviewing the Chiefs’ All-Pro tight end. While Kelce was answering questions about the game, Mahomes interrupted the interview just to hit Kelce with an ultimate compliment.

Kelce put up the best performance by a tight end in the ongoing NFL season so far. He caught 12 passes for 179 yards and 1 touchdown while averaging 14.9 yards per reception. This is the second consecutive 100-plus receiving yards game by Kelce.

On the other side, Patrick Mahomes feasted on the Chargers’ defense as he completed 76.2% of his pass attempts for 424 yards and 4 touchdowns, the best performance from him so far in this season. As a result, the Chiefs were able to secure a convincing victory against Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles-based franchise.

With that victory, the Chiefs made a statement and once again proved that they are still the team to beat in the AFC. The Chiefs are now tied for the league-best record with six wins and just one loss. Next, they will travel West to square off against Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos in their week 8 game next weekend.

Sitting in the Chiefs’ suite, Swift could be seen wearing a gold beaded bracelet with Kelce’s number 87 on it, surrounded by two hearts. The 12-time Grammy Award-winning artist seemingly made a statement about her alleged Love Story with Kelce.

The Kelce-Swift saga started after Travis revealed how he tried to give the ‘Shake it Off’ singer a friend bracelet at one of her concerts at the Arrowhead Stadium, but ultimately failed to do so.

Now, the 33-year-old singer was seen proudly sporting a bracelet with Kelce’s number on it while supporting him. With Swift in the stands, Kelce had an explosive game and put up the best performance by any tight end this season so far.
