The supporters of the team are usually pictured as the third wheel alongside the players and staff. They bring the hype to the game along with their passion and vigor. Without them, it will feel like 2020 every match day. However, Brittany Mahomes, wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, wasn’t ready to see glimpses of the same when they faced the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday.
Brittany, 27, always had the sports bug in her. She played soccer in her youth and is a fitness enthusiast on top of that. Moreover, she takes care of the Mahomes’ diet at home. However, she is a massive Kansas City Chiefs fan and attends almost every game.
Usually, when Brittany prepares for a match, she expects fans to flock to the stadium in large numbers. But that did not happen on this occasion. As she reached the Arrowhead, she was disappointed to find it empty. Not a single soul was there to cheer the Chiefs’ on.
She shared a short glimpse of the pitchside on her Instagram, captioning it,” There ain’t a single person in here.” It is unusual to find the home of the Super Bowl winners empty on a matchday, even if it is preseason.
However, that’s not the case. After a while, Brittany shared another short clip of packed stands with fans shouting at the top of their voices. She managed to fool her followers.
Patrick Mahomes fulfills the wish of several kids by inviting them to Chiefs’ training
Patrick Mahomes is undeniably one of the league’s top quarterbacks, as evident by his two Super Bowl rings. But off it, fans know him as a lovable husband, a caring father, and a wonderful individual. The 27-year-old is always up, ready to make someone’s life a little better.
He has been known to contribute a lot for humanitarian purposes. Throughout the last year, he donated $400,000 to various charitable organizations. This time around, the Pro Bowler teamed up with the Make a Wish Foundation and fulfilled the dreams of 10 children. He invited them to a practice session at the Kansas City Chiefs’ facility a few days ago. Brittany shared a few glimpses of the fateful day on her X account (formerly Twitter).
Patrick Mahomes also runs a charitable organization named ‘15 and The Mahomes Foundation‘. Started back in 2019, its primary goal is to help impoverished children with education, health, and proper food.
