“Washed up loser” – Patriots fans lose their patience over DeAndre Hopkins exploring new teams amid rumors of his interest in New England

DeAndre Hopkins has been in the headlines since the offseason now. The eccentric WR is highly skilled and will be a great asset to any team he signs for. Amidst interest from numerous NFL teams, Hopkins is taking his sweet time to sign for a team. This has started to work against him and many fans have called him out for this.
The New England Patriots and the Tennessee Titans are the teams most rumored to sign the veteran WR. However, according to a recent report from ESPN’s Dianna Russini, Hopkins is trying to convince more teams to be interested in him.
“I was told by sources close to the situation that Hopkins is going over some of the offers from both of those teams, the Titans and the Patriots. He’s mulling over and trying to come up with a decision with what he wants to do,” Dianna Russini stated.
This decision by DeAndre Hopkins has enraged many Patriots fans, who believe that the WR is using them as a backup option. There were also many who took to Reddit to share their views regarding the whole Hopkins drama. The former Arizona Cardinals WR has had an illustrious career, however, the team he chooses now will determine his future in the NFL.

DeAndre Hopkins was brutally reprimanded by Patriots fans on Reddit
The Patriots desperately need a quality WR in their roster, and DeAndre Hopkins can be the perfect replacement. However, the WR taking time to make his decision has made many fans impatient.
The 31-year-old WR was brutally called out on NFL Reddit regarding his recent ‘flaky’ behavior. Many Patriots fans don’t even want him on the roster and believe that ‘he’s a washed-up loser’.
On the other hand, many believe that Hopkins is just using the Patriots as a backup option and he’ll never sign for the New England-based team. Whatever the case may be, currently these are just rumors, and nothing fruitful has come of it.
