The New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts are playing in Germany. The Patriots have had a difficult season so far. So far this season, the Patriots have only won two games out of nine and are almost out of the playoff picture. They will hope to start a turnaround by winning their week 10 game against the Colts in Frankfurt.

This is the second game played in Germany this season. The first game was between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Miami Dolphins last Sunday. That game was a huge hit as TV ratings were through the roof. This week’s game is between two teams that have a losing record. However, it will still be a spectacle.

In a video posted on Twitter by the New England Patriots, receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster was seen sharing a warm hug with Real Madrid FC defender David Alaba. The soccer star was in attendance with another fellow soccer player, Marcel Sabitzer. Smith-Schuster had a brief chat with Alaba before the game began. Mats Hummels, the Borussia Dortmund star was also present at the game.

Smith-Schuster won the Super Bowl last year with the Kansas City Chiefs. He signed a three-year deal with the Patriots in March this year and has played four games for them so far. He has accumulated 80 yards and has yet to score a touchdown in those four games. The Patriots will hope to get more production out of the 26-year-old receiver.

New England Patriots lose against the Indianapolis Colts in Germany

The New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts game ended with the Patriots losing their eighth game of the season. It wasn’t a pretty game either as the Colts won the game, 6-10. This is the Patriots’ third loss in a row. The Colts on the other hand are back to .500 with the win.

The game only had one touchdown and three field goals. The Patriots failed to score a touchdown as their QB Mac Jones struggled throughout the game. He threw for 170 yards and one interception. Jones’ opposite number, Gardner Minshew did not fair great either as he had 194 yards and one interception.

The Patriots have now slipped to 2-8 and will play their next game against the New York Giants on Sunday. The Colts will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the same day. Patriots will hope to win the next game and break their losing streak.
