The Las Vegas Raiders had a shambolic defeat at the hands of the weak dubbed Chicago Bears, who just registered their second win in seven games. The Raiders lost 30-12 and their head coach Josh McDaniels got brutally criticized as the latter made a mistake by not starting Aidan O’Connell.

When the press asked the HC why did he not start O’Connell, he gave a weird answer which left everyone perplexed. Not only that, he was brutally slammed on social media X for taking his job too lightly.

Aidan O’Connell was picked by the team this season, however, got starts in only two games out of seven. Against Bears, he was later inducted into the field and had some good moments. He completed 10 of his 13 passes and had a touchdown. The QB was also intercepted once. In two games, O’Connell has completed 34 of his 52 passes and had one touchdown and one interception.

O’Connell’s performance in the season is not great. However, he is a rookie quarterback and needs more time to settle into the team. If he has to settle then the player has to get more time in the team.

However, if McDaniels remains the head coach then it looks a bit unusual for him to get regular starts. There were speculations that the coach would be sacked for the recent management issues which is the talk of the town at Las Vegas.

The netizens burst their anger out against Josh McDaniels on Twitter. On social media, they raised their fingers at the head coach and trolled him brutally for not being too serious with the coaching job.
