The Las Vegas Raiders are going through major structural changes this season. After the loss against the Detroit Lions, the team management decided to cut ties with three major personalities associated with the team. This includes Head Coach Josh McDaniels and General Manager Dave Ziegler. The structural change will require the owner to spend a good amount of money.

However, owner Mark Davis is not concerned about that. Davis believes that money can come between him and his way of running the franchise. He made it pretty clear when the team announced the notice of cutting ties with the head coach despite having a contract with him for six years.

He only had one receptions for eleven yards. He made it pretty clear when the team announced the notice of cutting ties with the head coach despite having a contract with him for six years.

But how much money does the owner have to pay from his pocket? It is difficult to cite the exact figure but sources revealed that he might have to spend nearly $85 million. The team signed McDaniels based on a six-year-long contract. The coach was in his second year at the Raiders and failed to complete it. In this case, the team has to provide him compensation for the remaining years.

Did Davante Adams trigger the sack of Josh McDaniels?

It was clear that Adams was not happy with Josh McDaniels. He expressed his agony over the playing style. Even after the team fired the head coach, Adams took the issue to the media and expressed his views on the sack. He indicated that not everything was good in the dressing room and they wanted a change.

Obviously, I think it was time. One way or the other, it was time for some sort of change just to bring a little juice in and revitalize the team a little bit.

However, he did not indicate that they were celebrating this decision. Adams asked the media not to be confused with terms like celebration. He acknowledged that there would be some changes and that the team would improvise some new things under the new coach’s leadership.
