As counted among the top receivers in NFL history, Randy Moss is known for the utter dominance and confidence that he reflects. Fans got another taste of it when the former NFL receiver crowned himself as the greatest WR in history.

In a recent appearance on Cold As Balls with Kevin Hart, the Hall of Famer wideout advocated himself as the GOAT receiver. He even ranked himself above the legend, Jerry Rice.

Hands down, I consider myself the greatest wide receiver to ever play the game. That wasn’t a shot at Jerry. I still got respect and love for Jerry. But I just thought the way that I changed the game of football.

In Moss’ opinion, he’s the No. 1 receiver, while Rice, Terrell Owens, and Calvin Johnson are ranked behind him. Interestingly, that wasn’t all he suggested! The former receiver also expressed his love for Mount Rushmore and even suggested building one with the top four receivers from the league.

The legend Rice is known for holding the highest receiving yards and receiving touchdowns; however, the impact that Moss made is truly unequivocal. Entering the league, Moss logged 1,313 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns in his rookie year.

Fans still remember Moss’ 2007 campaign alongside Tom Brady when he was with the Patriots. It’s known arguably as the greatest season for a receiver, along with an incredible 23-touchdown record in NFL history.

The Patriots were truly unbeatable that season as they entered the postseason and defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars for the divisional title. Then they proceeded with a victory over the San Diego Chargers in the AFC championship, paving their way straight to the Super Bowl clash against the New York Giants.

For this incredible season, the biggest credit went to Moss for logging 23 touchdowns and over 1,400 receiving yards. Quarterback Brady threw for 4,806 yards and 50 touchdowns.
