The Baltimore Ravens suffered a disheartening setback in the AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Ravens’ offense had one of their worst games in the season, and it unfortunately, came against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. The Ravens were subjected to a lot of forecasts and bets since they were the No.1 in the AFC table. Nonetheless, things did not go well for the Baltimore-based team.
The result of the Championship game did shock a lot of people. The Ravens All-Pro player Kyle Hamilton was one of them. A day after the loss, the safety addressed the same via the team’s transcript and said that he was shocked to see the results. However, he also told the Ravens to move on from this.

Hamilton said, via transcript from the team:
It’s tough. You don’t really think of this outcome, and what happened is kind of a shock. But I respect every guy on this team, [and I] respect [the Chiefs]. It’s a great team. [They have] great players, and they did what they needed to do to win.Kyle Hamilton said
The Baltimore Ravens offense which performed really well throughout the tournament, suddenly choked against the Chiefs. Lamar Jackson had a crucial game-deciding interception. His frustration was evident as he threw his helmet into the ground. Following all these, the safety said that the team would work on these mistakes in the offseason.
He added:
But for us, I feel like it was more of us making more mistakes, and I think that’s the bright side; we can come back on this over the offseason. It’s going to hurt for a minute, but we can build on it.Kyle Hamilton added
Kyle Hamilton puts his bet for the next year
Despite expressing disappointment, Kyle Hamilton said that the Ravens could hope for something big in the next year. He also acknowledged the fact that they have to start from zero.

He pointed out the fact that the team is suffering from the same mentality over the years. He emphasized that the team needed to come out of this.
Here is what he had to say:
I think we have that same mentality every year, no matter the personnel, whoever this or that. I think just being a Raven [means] coming in, working hard, grinding, work for everything that you get. We came this far and got the No. 1 seed and all that stuff, put ourselves in this position because we worked for it.Kyle Hamilton said
Though Lamar Jackson’s quest for glory ended up in disappointment, the quarterback is still the potential MVP winner this season. No one can deny the fact that he carried his team all alone.
