Joe Burrow has delivered outstanding performances in his time since joining the league. The young QB is quickly on his way to making a name for himself in one of the biggest leagues in the world.

The Cincinnati Bengals QBs contract is up for an extension and he deserves all the money he asks for. Burrow has changed the fortunes of the Bengals and has made them a Super Bowl-challenging side.

Burrow’s contract extension is the talking point among NFL analysts and media houses. Recently, legendary TE Rob Gronkowski was asked the same thing about the young QB and he made an interesting revelation.

Rob believes Burrow and the great Tom Brady are pretty similar to each other from their pocket awareness to the ball-throwing abilities. Both the QBs are also very intelligent and Burrow is also dubbed as the young Brady by many.

The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE believes Burrow should take a team-friendly deal instead of going for the massive payday. The Bengals QB should focus more on keeping his team intact and contending for the Super Bowl next season.

Surprisingly, Joe Burrow said the same thing to reporters when asked about his contract situation. The 26-year-old is focused more on keeping WRs Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on the team.

The Bengals have got their hands on a generational talent in Joe Burrow who is focusing more on building a legacy instead of getting the most payday. The Bengals QB was disappointed after losing out to the Kansas City Chiefs last season and wants redemption when he faces them next.

Not only that, Burrow also wants to win the Super Bowl while cementing himself as one of the greatest QB. However, for that to happen Burrow will need the support of all his teammates and the young QB understands that.

“Whenever you have guys on the team that need to be paid, that’s always on your mind,” Joe Burrow stated to reporters. “You want that to be a focal point. We’re working to make that happen.”

Joe Burrow is at a crossroads in his career where even a small decision can have lasting impacts on the overall legacy he makes when he bids farewell to the NFL.
