After the abysmal start to this NFL 2023-24 season, the New England Patriots got something to cheer for. In some surprising turn of events, the team beats the Buffalo Bills by a margin of 29-25. It was a close encounter where the Patriots emerged victorious. A sigh of relief for the head coach Bill Belichick who had been under continuous pressure after his team performed miserably in the first six games. They were down by a 1-5 margin. Finally, they registered their second win.
Of course, the win was special and the team celebrated on the way. However, not everyone is pleased with the celebration. The Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski shattered the Patriots for celebrating loudly after registering a win in a single match. He was clearly disgusted and he mentioned that. The legendary tight end compared the match-winning celebration with Super Bowl winning and said it was thoroughly disappointing.

Speaking about the celebration, Gronkowski said:
If you asked me that celebration was pretty ridiculous, whenever we celebrated just a little bit we would get hounded. They've just won one game and they celebrated more than we would when we won a Super Bowl. That was like one of the most absurd celebrations, I'm like wow they won a game and they went that crazy like they acting like they have never been there before.Rob Gronkowski on the ‘Up and Adams Show’
Gronkowski is a Patriots legend. Played most of his time as a member of the Patriots squad. He served nine of his eleven years as a Patriot. Under Belichick’s coaching, the TE won three Super Bowls. He left the team in 2019 and continued playing the game for two more years. Finally, he decided to take his boots off at the age of 32 in the year 2021. Since then, he has been enjoying his retirement.
Rob Gronkowski has not lost interest in the NFL
Despite retiring, Gronkowski follows every news from the NFL world. A few days back, the player expressed interest in playing for the USA football team in the Los Angeles Olympics.

He also praised the Miami Dolphins for outnumbering others in the league. The player said that he would love to be a part of this team as a tight end.
In his eleven seasons, Gronkowski played 143 games and had 621 catches and 92 touchdowns. He covered 9,286 yards. The player also had 76 long gains.
