Retired NFL star Robert Griffin III didn’t hold back after witnessing Logan Paul record an emotional victory over MMA fighter Dillon Danis after months of Twitter war between the two. The end of the bout got rather spicy.

This was the first boxing match for Paul since his exhibition two years ago against Floyd Mayweather. But the situation surrounding his second matchup was a lot different. The YouTuber turned WWE star landed 82 punches on Danis, while he only managed to return nine.

Danis had to resort to backhanded punches and even lie down a couple of times in the middle of the ring. It was only a small trailer for what was about to go down in the next half an hour.

As the sixth round began, Danis went for a grappler-style MMA move to knock Paul off his feet. At this moment, a few security personnel tried to enter the ring. And they did when Paul successfully negated a guillotine chokehold and connected with Danis.

Needless to say, it did not sit well with Dillon, who, in a fit of rage, chased after his opponent. A crowd of security guards from both sides entered, and an all-out brawl broke out until the officials intervened. As the dust settled and the audience calmed down, Logan Paul was declared the winner by virtue of disqualification.

Griffin, who was closely following the story up to this point, shared his thoughts on X (formerly Twitter): “This is the type of energy Logan Paul has been holding onto for Dillon Danis since he has been harassing his girl for months.”

Why did Robert Griffin III make such a remark after Logan Paul’s win over Dillon Danis?

Tension and frustration had been building for a while between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis. It all started when Danis shared some personal pictures of Paul’s rumored fiancée, Nina Agdal, on social media. Since then, the two have been at each other’s throats in a raging Twitter war.

The situation escalated when Danis posted a video of what he claimed was Agdal’s. In it, a girl can be seen showing her private parts to an unknown elderly man. Not only that, the mixed martial artist claimed he possessed several embarrassing photos and videos of Nina. “I wanna drop these nukes I have of Nina so bad it would literally break the internet,” he said.

Just a few days before their much-anticipated October 14 fight, Paul called his opponent out. He branded Danis as a ‘predator’ and a stalker who liked to keep pictures of other women on his phone.

“Dillon Danis is a stalker,” Pauls said, as per MMA fighting. “You’ve got over 600 photos of my fiancée on your phone. You have an entire gallery of a woman you’ve never met. That’s weird. You’re a predator, stalker, and cyberbully.”

Paul hasn’t exactly been a saint either. He called Danis’ mother a ‘pr*stitute’ just a few days ago. He later apologized but with a straight face. Now the victory would taste even sweeter for Logan.
