Bill Belichick’s future remains with the New England Patriots uncertain

The New England Patriots have faced the worst this season. They will finish the season with less than seven wins for the first time since the year 2000. In addition, they will succumb to consecutive second-losing seasons. With these records, the team may complete the golden handshake with Bill Belichick, the six-time Super Bowl winner.

Though the owner and Belichick both remained skeptical of this question and dodged it quite successfully, speculations are galloping high. Belichick’s coaching decisions have raised multiple controversies this season. He was criticized by the analysts and even his own players also raised concerns about his coaching ability.

However, Belichick still enjoys the support of the former players. It is to be seen whether that factor helps him to save his job.
