“He’s just corny,” NFL Twitter reacts to Broncos QB Russell Wilson bringing back his iconic catchphrase after the win against the Jaguars

Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson finally performed well for the Broncos as he led the team to a win against the Jaguars in a tightly contested game. Both the teams were having a terrible season, and the Broncos came out on top in a mildly interesting game.
The Jaguars scored late to take a 3-point lead, and all hope was lost for the Broncos, but Wilson performed exceptionally well late in the game to produce a win for the Broncos and find his long-lost confidence.
Though the main highlight of the game actually came after the game had ended and Wilson was getting interviewed by Laura Rutledge from ESPN, what followed was one of the most cringe interviews of the season.
Russell Wilson ended the interview with his iconic catchphrase “Broncos country, let’s ride baby.” Laura Rutledge was completely disgusted by the interview, and we could all see her reaction after the interview ended.
The Broncos QB was trolled a lot when he came up with the catchphrase at the start of the season but stopped as the Broncos weren’t winning any games, but now it’s back and fans are terrified.
NFL Twitter was disgusted by the catchphrase and decided to call out the Super Bowl-winning QB for his ‘creepy’ catchphrase. Wilson got roasted yet again, but this time it wasn’t because of his playing style.
Russell Wilson was savagely roasted on Twitter for his iconic catchphrase

Russell Wilson has given NFL Twitter loads of content to roast him. First, it was the Dangerwich Subway commercial that took the NFL world by storm, and now after a 2-week absence the ‘Broncos Country, let’s ride’ catchphrase is back.
The Broncos QB was asked by his fans on Twitter to let go of the catchphrase as it’s cringe and lame and no one really likes it, but it seems like Wilson likes it and nothing else matters to him currently.
Russell Wilson will be on a high after getting a result against the Jaguars, but we’re pretty sure that if he reads the comments and memes made to roast him, the QB will be completely terrified. Take a look at some of them down below.
It looks like the Broncos have found momentum with the win against the Jaguars and would like to continue their streak when they face the Titans in their next game of the season.
