Almost every football fan knew that Russell Wilson would eventually move away from Denver after failing to establish himself for the Broncos. However, it was mere speculation until the veteran quarterback decided to put his 20,000-square-foot Cherry Hills Village mansion up for sale.

Wilson eventually agreed to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers and shifted his wife, Ciara, and kids to the Steel City. While he was in the process of finalizing his contract details and witnessing the arrival of Justin Fields, the Denver House was also attracting potential buyers.

The Denver Post shared a positive development for Wilson. His house, which was the most expensive home ever sold in the Denver area, was officially off the market. The house cost the 35-year-old nearly $25 million to purchase, but it was resold for $21.5 million, suffering a $3.5 million loss.

While Russell Wilson‘s Colorado property saw a swift handover, his Seattle house, on the other hand, is still on the market waiting to be bought when he was playing for the Seattle Seahawks. The nine-time Pro Bowler used the help of Duchess Investments LLC to buy and sell both of his houses. They have yet to find a buyer for the Seattle home.

Per Zillow Listings, the $24.9 million household at 905 Shoreland Drive SE, Bellevue, remains up for sale. The 11,104-square-foot waterfront place, built on 1.06 acres, has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Initially, the price was listed at around $28 million, but 700 days later, it dropped to $26 million. It is still awaiting a potential buyer.

Besides these two, Wilson and Ciara also have estates in a few other places as well. This includes a house in San Diego, Rancho Santa Fe, California, Los Angeles, and even Mexico.
