“Russell Wilson is completely washed”, Twitter tears apart the Broncos QB
Looks like things are only getting worse for Denver Broncos and their quarterback Russell Wilson, as they suffer one more loss this season. Monday night saw Broncos lose against the host Los Angeles Chargers with a close score of 19-16.
To some credit to Russell Wilson, it was a decent day in the office for him considering he completed his first 10 passes, including a 39-yard touchdown to rookie Greg Dulcich. The Broncos still went on to lose their third straight game to fall to 2-4.
During the post-match presentation, Russell Wilson said that “I think the only thing that matters to us is winning”. While it’s a great thing to hear that Wilson takes winning seriously, it is about time Broncos fans get the taste of it.

Denver Broncos signed Russell Wilson in March in exchange for two first-round and two second-round draft picks, as well as three players. September saw him signing a massive five-year with a $245m contract extension with the team.
But unfortunately, the return on investment is evidently poor, and not surprisingly after the Chargers game, the Twitter world was quick to pierce through the man’s reputation (again).
Have a look at some of the Twitter reactions to Russell Wilson and the Broncos’ performance after the post-match:
It doesn’t look like social media is going to be soft anytime soon for the Broncos and Russell Wilson.
To make the defeat sourer (in addition to the social media trolling), Russell Wilson suffered a hamstring injury during the loss. Wilson had earlier required a procedure near his throwing shoulder after Week 5 loss against Indianapolis Colts.
With this Defeat, the Chances of the Broncos and Russell Wilson making it to the playoffs have taken a significant hit. Nathaniel Hackett and his men have to work hard after this game and have to come up with a solid plan if they are serious about making it into that Superbowl week.
Broncos will be going next against New York Jets on Monday i.e. 24th October. New York Jets are currently riding on three consecutive wins.
