Sabrina Carpenter is closing the Eras Tour chapter of her life. The Disney Channel alumni shared some exclusive snapshots from her trip to Sydney with Taylor Swift.

The “Nonsense” singer was chosen to be the opening act of Swift’s first phase of the international leg of the Eras Tour. She performed in Mexico, Argentina, Sydney, and Singapore. Little by little, she and Swift grew close friends, and Carpenter gave massive gratitude to one of her idols.

On Saturday, she shared some pictures with Swift during their Sydney tour. Among them was a click from a trip to the local zoo one day before Travis Kelce arrived. Other shots captured Carpenter performing on stage at Sydney Cricket Stadium.

The 24-year-old wrote a lengthy caption for the post.

That’s a wrap for us on the eras tour. Sitting at home, reflecting on what a whirlwind this was and how honored I feel to have been part of it. I want to thank every crowd for being so welcoming and generous to us and for making some of the most impressive friendship bracelets I’ve ever received.—Also, a huge thank you to the incredible crew for being so hardworking and talented. And the most thank-you’s I’ve ever thank you’d to Taylor [Swift]. I feel so lucky to witness the magic that is you and this tour.

Previously, Sabrina shared several other photos of her time sharing the stage with Taylor Swift.

In one of the posts, Carpenter wrote about a story from when she was 9 years old. The post starts with a video of the two in the middle of a magical duet of ‘White Horse.’ At the end of the post, there is a Facebook screenshot.

That screenshot dates back to 2009. Carpenter was trying to enter a Taylor Swift contest with a chance to meet her as the prize. However, she was denied entry because she wasn’t able to pass the age criteria.

Contestants had to be a minimum of 13, but she was 4 years short. But 14 years later, she got to share the stage with Swift, so all is well that ends well., or perhaps this is only the beginning.
