Seems like the love birds — Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, spent Thanksgiving away from each other, the sad NFL star was spotted driving solo in the city. According to exclusive news by TMZ, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was seen driving his luxurious Rolls-Royce on Thanksgiving Day, along with a saddened face.

The popular couple Kelce and Swift may celebrate their first-ever Christmas together, however, they couldn’t be together on the turkey day. And by lonely holiday, it means some alone time on the road. This is why, TMZ caught the star tight-end driving around the city, wearing a plaid shirt, and maybe singing in his fancy car.

The location where Kelce was spotted driving seemed to be near his new mansion, which he purposely bought to have some privacy with his lady love, Swift. From the very spark of this fairytale romance between the NFL player and pop sensation has been covered by the media, to their first kiss as well. Therefore, it’s not surprising the couple may want some privacy.

The reason why the Chiefs tight end couldn’t be with Swift was because she is all way down in Brazil for her famous Eras Tour, while Kelce is stuck in the city to prepare for the Chiefs’ upcoming Sunday game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

On the matter of Thanksgiving, Kelce also shared on the recent episode of the New Heights podcast, with his brother Jason Kelce, saying he plans to spend his Thanksgiving in KFC, “because I won’t have anybody here.” But the good news is, also brought by TMZ, that the sensational couple is playing their way through their hectic schedules to spend Christmas together.

How did Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift meet?

The dating rumours of the NFL star with the pop star began in July 2023 after Kelce was seen attending her Eras Tour at Arrowhead Stadium. He was enjoying the show from his private box but came down to trade friendship bracelets with the Swifties inside the venue.

Interestingly, he also wanted to give the Grammy winner a friendship bracelet with his phone number, but couldn’t get a chance to meet her. About his famous incident, Kelce shared a show, saying:

I was a little butthurt that I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.

He finally got a chance to meet her with the help of Swift’s family members who finally got him her attention. It was when she was given the big locker room to use as a dressing room, her cousins were taking pictures in front of Kelce’s locker. And that’s how their story began!
