Former defensive back Sergio Brown was a former football player who played in the NFL for 7 years with several teams, including the New England Patriots and the Buffalo Bills. He last played in the league back in 2016, when he retired from playing professional football. And now, almost 7 years after his retirement, Brown is making headlines for the wrong reasons.

Brown was reported missing after his 73-year-old mother Myrtle Brown was found dead in her home with multiple injuries on Saturday. The former Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back is no longer assumed missing as he appeared on a bizarre video posted by an Instagram account named “intplayerwithapassport” which is assumed to be the player’s burner account.

In the video, Brown recited the lines from the popular kids’ movie ‘Finding Nemo’ just days after his mother was found dead in her home with several injuries. “Just keep swimming. Missing? What the f**k is going on?,” he is heard saying. His mother’s death has been ruled a homicide.

Fans on social media were concerned for Sergio Brown’s mental state and hoped he would get some help soon. People believe he might have had CTE from his playing days. Check the footage attached below.

Sergio Brown and his mom were initially reported missing by their family after they were unable to reach them. Authorities found Myrtle Brown dead near a creek behind her home on Saturday with injuries. And now, Brown has been found as he initially posted the video on social media with the location before deleting and reposting it without the location. According to the New York Post, the location showed Brown near Mexico City.

Sergio Brown claims cops kidnapped him twice

In a video posted on Instagram, the former Patriots defensive back Sergio Brown appeared and made some interesting claims. He also addressed the suspicious death of his 73-year-old mother on Saturday.

He accused the Maywood Police Department of kidnapping him twice. “They kidnapped me twice from home. The Maywood Police Department,” Brown said on the video.

Furthermore, he also claimed the FBI and the Maywood police might have had something to do with his mom’s suspicious death. “It had to be the FBI or the Maywood police,” he says to the camera as loud music blares in the background. “I thought my f–kin’ momma was on vacation.”

Brown’s bizarre actions have raised concerns among NFL fans and many just hope the story doesn’t take any dark turn in the coming days. The Maywood police department is still investigating the death of Brown’s mother.

Brown hasn’t been named as a suspect in his mother’s death, but the investigation continues. Sergio Brown used to play in the NFL as a defensive back. He played in the league from 2010-2016 with multiple teams.
