Pro Football Hall of Fame tight end turned analyst Shannon Sharpe just announced that he will be back on TV soon. The former Broncos tight end took to Twitter to share the good news with his fans.

Sharpe wrote: “l’m enjoying my early morning workouts, late breakfast, and break from wearing a suit every morning… But just for a little while. I’ll be back on (TV emoji) in the morning’s soon.” The former Undisputed co-host hasn’t given any update as to which broadcasting network he is set to join, but the prospect of having him back on the air with his unique takes on NFL and NBA has fans dancing in their seats.

There are a lot of possibilities as to where Shannon Sharpe will land. ESPN’s GetUp, Fox Sports’ First Things First, and ESPN’s First Take are among the top few choices where Sharpe can fit in perfectly. Fans sent their love and support to Sharpe through heartfelt comments on his post. One fan wrote, “Morning tv needs Unc” and another said, “Looking forward to it.”

Shannon Sharpe’s net worth is around $14 million. He co-hosted Undisputed alongside Skip Bayless for over seven years before his final episode on June 13. Sharpe got emotional as he said goodbyes and paid his tributes to Skip. Sharpe said, “Skip Bayless, you fought for me. I am here because of you. You have allowed me to share the stage with you. You’ve allowed me to share the platform. I will cry in the car, I’m not gonna cry now.”

There are two main reasons why Shannon Sharpe might’ve decided to part ways with Skip Bayless. The first one is, of course, the Damar Hamlin incident. Skip issued an insensitive tweet after the Buffalo Bills safety suffered a cardiac arrest that enraged everyone from players and fans to other analysts. Even Sharpe was irked with his counterpart and did not show up for work the next day.

Secondly, Skip Bayless once got too personal with Shannon during one of their conversation about legendary quarterback Tom Brady. Skip crossed a line that he shouldn’t have, which upset the 3x Super Bowl champion. This is, of course, the opinions of fans as Sharpe is yet to reveal his reasons for leaving the show.
