“He’ll add great juice to the KC Offense”: Odell Beckham Jr may effortlessly go to Chiefs, Shannon Sharpe hints

Shannon Sharpe hints at an effortless signing of Odell Beckham Jr to Chiefs

The news of the wide receiver and former Los Angeles Rams player Odell Beckham Jr aka OBJ, signing has started to catch a wild buzz. The WR is currently a free agent and if rumors are to be believed, he might just end up signing for the Kansas City Chiefs. Beckham’s off-season was spent recovering from an ACL injury, and since then there has been significant speculation whether he would re-sign with the Rams or will look to find a new home for his services.

And as OBJ is a free agent, analysts have already started to see the new team for him. One such probable team happens to be Kansas City Chiefs. Odell Beckham Jr. is a huge name in the wide receiver position and signing him will give the Chiefs a good start to their team’s lineup.

Kansas City is having its moments of brilliance this season but they also have gone through several cold stretches. Odell Beckham Jr might just be the missing link for them, at least that’s what analysts think.

Kansas City Chiefs to be the new landing spot for Odell Beckham Jr? Well Shannon Sharpe thinks they are a great fit

Kansas City Chiefs to be the new landing spot for Odell Beckham Jr?
Will we see OBJ joining the Chiefs’ offense soon?

Recently when Shannon Sharpe was asked on Undisputed for his opinion on whether he sees Odell Beckham Jr. signing up with the Chiefs. He deduced Buffalo Bills and Chiefs make perfect sense for OBJ to head to.

On what can Chiefs mean to OBJ, Sharpe said, “Playing with Patrick Mahomes is very appealing. OBJ will be the #2 WR behind Kelce and he’ll add great juice to the KC Offense .”

A similar thought was shared earlier by the Chiefs’ tight end and former teammate of OBJ, Travis Kelce, who too wants OBJ to join their Camp. Their previous equation with each other might play a huge part in building Chiefs’ offense.

Despite still being unsigned by a team, one also has to keep in mind Odell Beckham Jr did participate in the Rams’ championship banner ceremony and may still want to repeat this feat. But with the Rams struggling this season, OBJ might say sayonara to the team with which he went on to win Super Bowl LVI last season.

Transfers in football are always fun and exciting to watch. With OBJ’s persona on and off the field, the buzz has only become more flavourful.

The Chiefs will be playing the San Francisco 49ers on 24th October where they might get more clarity on Odell Beckham Jr’s signing. The coming days will put an end to where Odell Beckham Jr will end up. Stay tuned.
