The Colorado Buffaloes‘ starting QB, Shedeur Sanders, is a confident human being. He had a good season with Colorado, despite their difficult end to the season. The Buffs finished the season with a record of 4-8 and lost their last six games of the season.
However, this season was an improvement from their previous season, and since head coach Deion Sanders took over the program, he instilled a lot of belief in Colorado.
He also brought his son, Shedeur Sanders, with him to Colorado at the beginning of the season. At the end of the season, Shedeur had 3,230 passing yards and 27 touchdowns, with only three interceptions.
He was one of the best college QBs in the country and finished with a rating of 151.7. He was recently asked about his “perfect” quarterback and what he would look like, and the young quarterback did not disappoint with his answer.
Sanders picked himself up in the football IQ, toughness, competitiveness, and arm strength departments while building his perfect quarterback. For accuracy, he picked seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, and for speed, the young QB picked Michael Vick.
That honestly doesn’t matter, just depends on the precision and the accuracy. I mean, I’m not out here throwing the ball 90 yards, but I can get it to where I need to.Sanders said when asked to pick someone for arm strength
Sanders is a talented quarterback and is certainly one of the best in the nation at the collegiate level. He certainly has a lot of strengths, and by combining those with Brady’s accuracy and Vick’s speed, the end product will be worth watching.
Fans blast Shedeur Sanders for naming himself in most of the categories while building his perfect QB
Shedeur Sanders recently built his “perfect” QB during an interview with Sports Illustrated. While doing the exercise, the Colorado Buffaloes’ QB surprisingly picked himself in most of the categories.
Although he picked Tom Brady and Michael Vick for accuracy and speed, respectively, he picked himself in toughness, competitiveness, arm strength, and football IQ categories.
This response has not gone well with the fans on social media. They have made their feelings known, as some claimed for more “serious” checking for people with CTE.
Sharing a wide spectrum of reactions online, here are some of the reactions to Sanders’ bold claim.
The Buffaloes finished the season losing their last six games with a record of 4-8. Sanders had a great season but failed to lead his team to consistent wins.
He has risen to the 2024 NFL Draft board with his stellar performance this season, but it is still unclear if Sanders will commit to the draft next season.
