The Colorado Buffaloes once again stunned the football world. After beating TCU in their opening game, the team defeated Nebraska by a huge margin of 36-14 in the second game. The footballing world went crazy, with several players, former players, and NFL analysts expressing their delight. After the second game, fans spotted Shedeur Sanders following his father’s dance moves. He celebrated the win with joy as the rivalry was personal for him. 

 “It was extremely personal,” Shedeur Sanders said after the Buffaloes thrashed Nebraska at the home stadium. As the Buffs went to warm up, the head coach of the opposing team stood at the center. Shedeur said, ” It’s OK if a couple players do it – It’s fine, like just enjoy the scenery. But when you’ve got the whole team trying to disrespect it, you know I’m not going for that at all.  I went in there and disrupted it.

The two do not share a good relationship. According to multiple press reports, Nebraska coach Rhule commented on multiple things related to Sanders. He slandered the quarterback’s pops and programs, which the athlete did not take lightly. In the post-match presentation, he pointed out the issue with the friendly nature of Rhule after the match. However, Sanders refused to play nice.

Sanders replied Rhule in his trademark style on the field. He was phenomenal against TCU and continued his form against Nebraska. Sanders threw for more than 500 yards and registered a record against TCU. Against Nebraska, he had an impressive performance of throwing for 393 yards. He was pivotal in registering the win against the team.

Deion Sanders is the main pillar behind the success of the Colorado Blues.  Last year, the team had a record of 1-11. Registering only one win in the entire season compelled the team management to sack their head coach. Buffaloes appointed Sanders as the new coach, and he changed the entire team’s structure.

He imported all 53 new players in the squad, including young bloods like Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter. Both of them have been pivotal for the Buffs. Sanders had also worked hard to infuse mental strength into this squad.

He made everyone believe the team could return to the winning track. Against TCU, one of his pep talks went viral, where he inspired everyone with a fiery speech. It is to be seen how far the Buffs can go this season.
