After the 31-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Miami Dolphins now stand at 5-2, as they lost a prime opportunity to secure a win to buffer them in the AFC East standings. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa sprinted on the field with a 3-0 hole seven minutes and just six seconds into the game against the Eagles. Following the loss of the Dolphins, Skip Bayless who has never shied away from criticizing the team called them ‘Fraudulent’.

But as they ought to snap the ball from the scrimmage for the first play, the game’s referees announced a delay of the game penalty as the clock hit zero. Entering the game, the quarterback had the most explosive unit for the offense in the league. The team had their lowest statistical yards per game of 244.

Last night to me was more about the team that lost 31-17 because it's fraudulent. It's not what everybody raved about what it is…if they can't run a ball at all if you just say we are going to take all of your slide of hand off away…all your speed this and your counter this and all the hocus-pocus that you try to run the football with.
Skip Bayless said during an episode of FS1’s ‘Undisputed’

Skip Bayless further expressed doubts about Tua Tagovailoa’s passing skills. He suggested that if opponents force him to throw the ball, he might struggle and rely on luck to complete passes. Bayless mentioned that Tua had several risky throws in the last game, which could have easily resulted in interceptions.

Moreover, Bayless blamed Dolphins coach Mike McDaniels for the poor first offensive play of the game. Until the last 39 seconds, the Dolphins couldn’t find the end zone. Tyreek Hill lined up under a lofted ball of Tagovailoa, beating double coverage.

Also, they get delayed a game penalty. By this time, Bayless was sure that the Dolphins were going to lose and all because McDaniels tried to trick them which was a bizarre idea, according to the analyst.

Dolphins fall short of comeback as Jalen Hurts and Eagles dominate

Last Sunday Night’s football match was a highly anticipated clash of the NFL. Philadelphia Eagles absolutely outperformed the Miami Dolphins with a triumph that improved their season record. The credit goes to quarterback Jalen Hurts, who was against his former college teammate Dolphins’ Tua Tagovailoa.

However, by the third quarter, the Dolphins tried to stage a comeback to tie the score at 17-17. But it was contorted by Hurts’ regrouping, leading to the Eagles covering a 75-yard drive with A.J. Brown‘s touchdown catch from a 14-yard pass, resulting in the score at 24-17.

Hurts completed the game with 279 passing yards and two touchdowns. This game had great significance for the Eagles, especially after their unexpected loss to the New York Jets.
