Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tom Brady suffered a huge blow when Bucs center Ryan Jenson suffered a knee injury that is expected to miss months after suffering a left knee injury during practice Thursday.
Jenson who recently signed a 3 year $39 million extension making him the one of the highest paid center in the game, was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2013 NFL draft was selected to his 1st Pro Bowl last year.
Jenson surrendered only 2 sacks in the complete 2021 season and had produced a 93.1% pass block win rate from the center position, regular season and playoffs combined, the past two years protecting Brady.

Skip Bayless is worried about Tom Brady after Ryan Jenson’s knee injury
Skip Bayless has never shied away form being a Tom Bray fan, rocking the TB12 Bucs jersey regularly, took to twitter to express his disappointment in Jenson’s injury.
“Terrible blow for Brady and the Bucs: His center Ryan Jensen is gone with a knee injury. Jensen’s know-how and fighting spirit are irreplaceable. Bottom line: Now Brady will get hurried and hit more. Congrats, Brady Haters,” an apparently frustrated Bayless wrote on Twitter.
In absence of Jenson, Brady will be less protected than before and for a 44year old Quarterback who reversed his decision to retire earlier this offseason it will be quite tough. As the Bucs scramble to find a replacement for center, their chance to take home the Lombardi have suffered a huge blow. Jenson was reportedly among the first people TB12 phoned to inform of his decision to return.
But its not over yet as Brady isn’t called the GOAT for nothing, if any one can do it against all odds it’s the 7 time Super Bowl Champion can.
