“Don’t you have any SHAME?”: Skip Bayless gets TORCHED by fans on Twitter for his insensitive comments on Cameron Brate

Skip Bayless has a notorious reputation for making insensitive comments about players irrespective of what the situation or context may be. The Fox Sports analyst calls it being truthful and honest. He is a practical person who tells it like it is and is not one to shy away from criticism of any form.
And true to his nature, Skip Bayless finds himself in the midst of yet another controversy as the analyst’s tweet after the tight end for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cameron Brate, was injured and had to be carted off the field after a scary injury was beneath him.
The injury appeared to be serious and Skip did not take that into account kindly. While the rest of the fans were hoping for a speedy recovery for Brate, Bayless had something totally different running through his mind.
“Gronk, Tommy really needs you”: Skip Bayless tweets a request to Rob Gronkowski to consider playing one last season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Here’s what Skip Bayless had to say on Twitter, “Cameron Brate suffers another head injury, carted off. Very scary. Gronk: Your best buddy Tommy really needs you now.” Skip really needs to hire someone to take care of his socials. He should have just stopped at the very scary part and everything would have been fine.
It was the latter part of the statement that people took objection to. Cameron Brate had just gotten injured and Skip was out here trashing his name. Brate has not been the healthiest player, but to immediately comment on something like that is clearly insensitive. In addition to this, he is hoping that Brate gets benched and Gronk takes his job from him.
The comments did not sit well with fans who lashed out at the analyst:
Skip is a complex man.
Bad timing on his part.
This is just dark.
God couldn’t save the Queen. It is doubtful he would compromise with Tom.
If only Skip listened to other people.
The timing of this tweet is the issue here. It is not right to trash a player who went through such a horrific injury. But Skip Bayless has a different mind of his own.
